Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica)

Crape Myrtle is a deciduous ornamental small tree with an upright, vase-shaped crown. The tree has a wonderful smooth young bark in attractive patterns. Plants flower at an early age.
Height : It can grow up to 3 – 8 metres tall.
Light : Succeeds in full sun.
Humidity : Requires high humidity.
Uses : Hedge, Around parking lots ; near a deck or patio, shade tree, gardens, parks or residential street tree. It can look wonderful as a large solitary tree surrounded by lawn or groundcovers.
