Pampas grass (Cortaderia selloana)

Cortaderia selloana, commonly called pampas grass. The leaves are long and slender. The leaves are usually bluish-green, but can be silvery grey. The leaf blades are overhanging and sharply rough at the edge.

Height : Grows up to 8 -12 feet tall.
Light : Prefers full sun.
Humidity : Requires moderate humidity.
Uses : This is a large ornamental grass for large landscapes. Excellent specimen. Background plant for borders. Screen. Plumes may be cut and dried for use in indoor flower arrangements. Best grown in containers.
